Please read these Terms carefully before using Revenue AIOS. By subscribing to or using Revenue AIOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Michel Bolduc & Partners LLC ("Company," "we," "us") governing your use of Revenue AIOS ("the Service") available at revenueaios.com.
Revenue AIOS is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that provides coaches and coaching business owners with tools including:
The Service operates via your web browser and connects to your own Google Sheet. AI features require a separate Claude API key from Anthropic (not included in your subscription).
Starter Plan: $97 USD per month, billed monthly.
Elite Coaching Plan: $297 USD per month, billed monthly. Limited availability.
All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Revenue AIOS, including its design, code, content, branding, the 16-step sales methodology, and all related materials, are the intellectual property of Michel Bolduc & Partners LLC. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal coaching business. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service.
Your data (leads, clients, notes) remains yours. You own everything in your Google Sheet.
Revenue AIOS uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate sales scripts, email drafts, coaching briefs, and revenue advice. You acknowledge that:

Revenue AIOS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. We do not guarantee any specific revenue outcomes or business results from using the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Michel Bolduc & Partners LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Revenue AIOS. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
