Refund Policy

🔒 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with Revenue AIOS within your first 14 days, we will refund your payment in full — no questions asked.

Our Commitment

We built Revenue AIOS because we genuinely believe it can transform how coaches run their business. We're so confident in that that we back every subscription with a full 14-day money-back guarantee. If it doesn't deliver clarity on your coaching pipeline within 14 days, you shouldn't pay for it.

How to Request a Refund

Email michael@michaelbolduc.com within 14 days of your initial purchase date.

Use the subject line: "Refund Request — Revenue AIOS" and include the email address used for your purchase.

We will process your refund within 5 business days. Stripe may take an additional 5–10 business days to return funds to your card depending on your bank.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
You have not previously received a refund for a Revenue AIOS subscription

You are not eligible for a refund if:

More than 14 days have passed since your initial purchase date
You have already received a refund for a previous Revenue AIOS subscription
Your account was suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

Monthly Renewal Charges

After the 14-day guarantee period, all subscription fees are non-refundable. Monthly charges are billed in advance for the upcoming period. If you cancel mid-month, you will retain access until the end of the billing period but will not receive a pro-rated refund for unused days.

Elite Plan — Live Coaching Components

The Elite Plan ($297/month) includes live chat access to Michel Bolduc and a 30-minute onboarding Zoom session. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the entire Elite Plan subscription. If you have already completed your onboarding Zoom session and request a refund within 14 days, a refund of the software component ($97) will be issued and the coaching component ($200) will be assessed at our discretion based on services delivered.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past charges. To cancel your subscription, email michael@michaelbolduc.com and we will cancel your Stripe subscription immediately.

Refunds return money already charged and are only available within the 14-day guarantee window for initial purchases.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving any issue fairly and quickly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of access to the Service while the dispute is reviewed.
