Your privacy matters. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have. Revenue AIOS is designed so that your coaching data lives in your own Google Sheet — we do not store your leads, clients, or pipeline on our servers.

1. Who We Are

Revenue AIOS is a product of Michel Bolduc & Partners LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Our website is revenueaios.com and you can contact us at michael@michaelbolduc.com.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

Name and email address when you purchase or contact us
Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see your card number)
Communications you send us by email or chat

Information collected automatically:

Browser type, IP address, and pages visited (via standard server logs)
Cookies necessary for the website to function (access authentication)
No third-party analytics or tracking pixels at this time

Information we do NOT collect:

Your CRM data, leads, coaching clients, or pipeline — this lives in your Google Sheet
Your Claude API key (stored only in your browser's localStorage)
Session notes or coaching call content

3. How We Use Your Information

To process your subscription and send purchase confirmations
To provide customer support and respond to your questions
To send important product updates or service announcements
To improve Revenue AIOS based on how users interact with the website
To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

Revenue AIOS integrates with or relies on the following third-party services:

Google Sheets: Your data is stored in your own Google account. Google's privacy policy applies to your data stored there.
Anthropic (Claude AI): AI features use your own Claude API key. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to API requests made with your key.
Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.
Netlify: Website hosting. Standard server logs may be retained by Netlify per their policy.
SheetDB: Used as a middleware API to connect the app to your Google Sheet. Only you control which Sheet is connected.

5. Data Retention

We retain your email and purchase records for as long as you are a subscriber and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing michael@michaelbolduc.com.

6. Cookies

We use a minimal session cookie to keep you logged into the Revenue AIOS app (stored in your browser's localStorage, not a traditional server-side cookie). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You can clear your browser's localStorage at any time to log out.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

8. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information. Revenue AIOS uses password-based authentication for app access, and payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant). However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Children's Privacy

Revenue AIOS is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
